I have always loved the tradition of matching family jammies for the holidays! Not just for Christmas morning, but for all season long. Now that we have our own family I am excited to finally take part in that tradition! We kinda skipped it last year because Sophie was too small for the options that had the matching prints that I liked so we got some festive coordinating jammies instead (seen above).
I know that it feels early (I don’t want to start fully celebrating the holidays until the day after Thanksgiving!), but I just received my order of festive pajamas for all three of us and since I had already done the shopping I thought I’d share my favorite options that came up in my search!
*Note: (I’ve found some adorable inclusive sizing options, but not all brands have expanded their offerings so I’ve split them into two sections below to make it easier to shop)

STRAIGHT SIZING
LAKE Pajamas
I love this brand so much; my everyday pajamas are made by them, so investing in coordinating holiday pairs seemed like a no-brainer for our family. The brand has also partnered with one of my favorite artists (@inslee) for a couple of limited edition prints for each season this year, and the holiday inspired ones are sooo good I couldn’t resist snagging a pair of the Nutcracker print for Sophie!
…
Hannah Andersson
It seems like everyone swears by these pajamas and I can certainly see the appeal! The wide variety of print options are so cute and festive (there’s seriously a print for everyone) and it sounds like the quality is great as well! With heirloom quality, these can absolutely be passed down to siblings and could even become hand-me-downs for other family members and friends.
…
Burt’s Bees
I really love all of these prints and all of the size offerings for little ones! The adult options are limited, but they’re still pretty great selections.
…
Petite Plume
These styles and prints err on the more “vintage” style (a nod to what my mom put me in as a kiddo) and I think that hint of nostalgia is so sweet, especially for the holidays!

SIZE INCLUSIVE
J.CREW
As much as I love a long johns style of pajamas, there’s just something about the classic fit of the looser cuts (with cuffs and folded collars and functioning buttons, etc.) that work particularly well during the holiday season. They both just seem to be fit for one another! Love all of these prints and styles.
…
Target
It seems as though there are only a handful of prints, but they are offered in a wide range of style and sizing options (plus, there are matching slippers!). There’s even a Hanukkah-specific print option here for those that celebrate! We love to see inclusivity.
…
Old Navy
There is another Hanukkah print is available here, along with a few more festive seasonal options. I also love that there are maternity-specific selections for anyone with a bump this holiday season (obviously you could just size up to accommodate your bump, but I still love when things are cut specifically for pregnancy!). Just like Target, there are only a few prints, but they make up for it in a wide variety of styles!
…
LITTLE SLEEPIES
This is a new-to-me brand, but I’ve been seeing families in their pajamas all over social media and I always love to encourage brands that are offering more inclusive sizing so obviously I had to include them in my roundup!
…
CARTER’S
I occasionally find some gems at this retailer, and their family holiday jammies were a surprise to me! I honestly didn’t know that they even carried adult sized clothing, let alone matching holiday pajamas. They aren’t the most inclusive (only going up to a XXL), but it felt like they still earned a spot in this section.

LITTLES ONLY
If you and your partner aren’t into the whole whole family-matching-jammies thing, I found some other cute kid-only festive pajamas that I had to include in my roundup because they’re just too cute!
Coat Style Baby Jammies
SUCH a classic pajama silhouette and I’m absolutely deceased by the miniature size for kiddos. Too cute! Plus, if you decided that you wanted to match, you could pick up this set from another brand!
…
CREWCUTS
Annoying that J.Crew still sorts everything into a girl’s section as well as a boy’s section because things like pajamas can often be unisex / genderless, especially in young kids… so had to split my links up as a result, but OMG THEY’RE ALL SO CUTE I CAN HARDLY STAND IT!!
…
Mini Boden
Such fun, festive sleepwear for little ones. I bet that the glow-in-the-dark sets in particular would be a hit with the juicebox crew.
…
BABY GAP
I shop at Baby GAP regularly for Sophie’s wardrobe because they always have great classic staples, and the holiday season is no different… including festive jammies! There isn’t a huge selection, but I think all of the offerings are pretty solid.

I know that having matching pj’s for the holidays isn’t for everyone, but I plan to fully embrace that tradition for our family. Some people like to save the jammies as a treat a few days before Christmas or even on Christmas Eve (along with some holiday movies or books to enjoy together), but I’ll probably give them to Sophie (and any future siblings) to wear on the night of Thanksgiving to help boost their excitement for the entire holiday season. It’s too short a season to begin with and I am way too impatient to wait until Christmas Eve! haha
I hope this roundup was helpful for you and I wish you a wonderful holiday season!
Sending hugs —
xx, Natalie
