Hey there! Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the internet. I’m Natalie, a 30-something living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my husband, our baby girl, and our pup.
I am originally from Florida (fifth generation from the Tampa-area!) and moved to Seattle, Washington in 2012 where I happened to fall in love with both the area and my (now) husband! We are lucky enough to have a house that is actually downtown Seattle-adjacent which is amazing. Having our home so close to “the action” gives us the awesome opportunity to be able to walk everywhere, which is perfect for us because we really enjoy exploring our city! I love the balance of domestic life while also enjoying the convenience of the urban nature of our location.
I created this space in the hopes of building a community of like-minded individuals and hope to provide valuable advice like you would get from a best friend or sister. Just like you would get from that kind of close relationship, I feel that no topic is “off-limits”. I share things from all aspects of my life from the cute shoes I’m shopping for to my struggles with hyperhidrosis and everything in between.
By way of background, the majority of my career has been in the hospitality and customer service industries where I have found so much fulfillment from helping others. That experience is what really inspired me to begin blogging! This space grew from my passion for sharing the ways that I have found to make life easier and more enjoyable. I truly love to share both new discoveries as well as my tried-and-true favorites with others in the hopes of making all of our lives better!
As far as things that I tend to share about: I dabble in fashion (my husband would argue that I am a bit of a shopaholic — whoops!), I enjoy making delicious food and drinks that aren’t super complicated (I’m no chef!), and I love to travel as often as I can. I have a passion for making everything beautiful, clean and organized, I have yet to meet a season or party theme I didn’t just love to decorate for, and I will occasionally try my hand at minor home improvement projects… I guess you could say that my ultimate goal is to become a modern day homemaker like Martha Stewart! 🙂
